Pantry & Fridge Staples During this Lockdown
We are well over a month into this lockdown and all of us are cooking almost every meal at home. It’s a strange new norm. I wanted to share what I’ve learned.
“The challenge I’ve been facing is coming up with recipes, with the ingredients I already have at home.”
You might be experiencing this too. When I look up new recipes, I’m always short a few ingredients. And even though it’s fine and I try to substitute those ingredients with others, I’ve been wishing I had a list of common foods and spices that could be used across a variety of dishes.
Well, I started keeping track of the ingredients that I always run out of and need the most. I wanted to share with you in case you’re in the same dilemma.
